Withdrawal screen decoder: what each line on a cashout page means

Learn to translate minimums, pending states, KYC gates, and 'instant' claims — without assuming the promo tile told you the truth.

Most disputes we hear about start on the withdraw tab, not the game table. Operators use similar words — minimum, processing, verified — but attach different rules. This guide teaches you to read a cashout screen like an editor, not a hopeful player.

Pair it with our pre-deposit checklist and any app scorecard.

Line 1 — “Minimum withdraw ₹___”

This should be the clearest number on the page. If you also saw a different minimum on the deposit screen, both can be true:

Label locationOften means
Deposit teaserMinimum top-up to unlock a bonus
Table stakeMinimum buy-in for a pool
Withdraw headerMinimum balance you can send out

Screenshot all three if they appear in one session.

Line 2 — “Available balance” vs “Withdrawable balance”

Bonus wallets frequently block part of your total. “Available” may include locked promo rupees; “withdrawable” is what matters. If only one number shows, open bonus terms before assuming you can cash out winnings.

Line 3 — UPI / bank picker

The rail listed here is what the operator will attempt — not every UPI app you use for groceries. If your preferred handle is missing, switching banks mid-session rarely fixes it; support must confirm supported handles.

Line 4 — Processing time copy

Look for ranges (“2–24 hours”) instead of adjectives (“instant”, “lightning”). No range? Treat timing as unknown until your first request completes. Fast Payout Watchlist apps on our index are grouped because their wording passed a clarity bar — not because we guarantee speed.

Line 5 — KYC banner

Common variants:

  • Verify to withdraw — documents required before first cashout
  • Complete profile 80% — soft gate that becomes hard at withdraw
  • Under review — wait state; note the timestamp

Keep PDF/JPEG uploads on your device until the status flips to approved.

Line 6 — Pending / failed states

Pending usually means the operator queued the request — not that UPI failed yet. Failed may mean wrong IFSC, name mismatch, or daily cap. Screenshot the error code; generic “try again” text is useless for support tickets.

Line 7 — Fees and taxes

Some apps deduct a flat fee below a threshold. Others bury “processing charges” in FAQs. If fees are absent on the withdraw screen, check Terms → Payments before large cashouts.

Red phrases (investigate, do not panic)

  • “Guaranteed within minutes” with no SLA link
  • Two different withdraw minimums on the same scroll
  • Push notification to deposit while withdraw is pending
  • Chat agent asking for passwords or OTPs

Green phrases (still verify, but calmer)

  • Separate lines for bonus balance and cash balance
  • KYC steps listed with document types and expected wait
  • Withdraw history with timestamps you can export or screenshot

How we use this on Yono Card Picks

When we update a scorecard, we re-read public cashout copy — not private player accounts. Labels on our cards (signup bonus, minimum withdraw cue) are snapshots. Your live screen wins every time.

If an app’s language improved or got worse, email support@yonocardpicks.com with screenshots. We do not sell rankings; corrections help every reader.
